第一步：降低分配的资金

在您进行任何操作之前，先计算出在正常情况下您想在投资组合中配置多少股票。

如果您是年轻人，可以配置80%或更高。如果您临近退休或已退休，股票的配置可在50%。

找出适合您的配置比例，并将此作为对比的基准线。您并不需要明天就做出这样的调整，但是我认为这至少为您提供了一种指引。

第二步：平均分配

我认为对损失的回避情绪会导致无所作为。您不愿意进行投资因为您担心买在高点处，导致出现亏损，或者出现最糟糕的情况——看上去和感觉上像个白痴。

然而，当您错过市场的上涨时，您最终仍看起来并感觉像个白痴。

我也在这些情绪中反复挣扎。人人都会如此。

我认为与情绪抗衡最好的办法是根据时间的变化而平均分配自己的头寸。

我最初使用20%-50%的资金进行投资，并在接下来的几个月时间里平均地将剩余的头寸进行投资。
