昨日交易时段尾盘的抛售抑制了涨幅。不过，隔夜期货市场完成了部分修复的工作。标普500指数期货一度上涨27点，交易价格高于公允价值0.9%。标普500指数期货目前上涨14点，交易价格高于公允价值0.4%。

老实来讲，我们并不完全确定为何期货市场的情绪如此看涨，以及为何它能够维持此种情绪，不过我们有一些推测的想法。

迪士尼公司的财报是昨日收盘后最受关注的公司业绩报告，不过带来的多数是不好的消息。在接下来的隔夜市场交易时段，最新的不佳经济新闻接踵而至。

德国3月份工厂订单按月同比创纪录的下跌了15.6%，欧元区的零售销售额按月同比下降了11.2%，欧盟公布的预测显示2020年GDP萎缩7.5%，而在2月时候的预测还是增长1.4%。

ADP就业数据也高出天际，虽然数据并没有市场预期那么糟糕，不过也够让人惊讶。私营公司损失了约2023.6万个工作岗位（Briefing.com预估了减少2150万），服务业减少了1600.7万个岗位而制造业减少了422.9万个岗位。

ADP就业报告是将于周五公布的4月就业状况报告的前瞻，但显然并不是股市的坐标。

股市近期的交易并非出于“最近有什么消息”的角度，而是出于“以后会发生什么”的角度。在股市的认知中，未来发生的事情要比近期发生的事情好得多。

这也是为何在糟糕的经济数据与不及预期的公司财报新闻层出的情况下，股市能够维系其水平的原因。

部分公司的财报并不像其他公司那样不及预期；部分公司的财报业绩实际上很棒。

CVS健康、动视暴雪和Scotts Miracle-Gro公布了很好的财报业绩，他们的股价也随之上涨。

在盘前交易时段还有哪些公司的股价上涨？微软、亚马逊、苹果公司和谷歌公司母公司Alphabet以及Facebook均略有上涨，不过这些公司的上涨为大盘市场带来了极大的支撑。

当以上这些大型科技公司上涨时，标普500指数通常也上涨，或至少指数跌幅不大。

当然，由公司市值加权影响的标普500指数期货预示开盘高走，击败了通常的经济学逻辑，因为市场认为最坏的情况已经过去了。

不过市场可能发现一些阻力的增加，因为未来几个月市场预期出现的许多较好的消息已经被纳入股票的定价中了。
