美股市场上周五表现良好，试图将股市连涨记录延续到第6周，不过未竟全功。标普500指数收盘全周下跌了0.3%。

不过上周未能成功的尝试可能在今天开盘时重现。

标普500指数期货目前上涨16点，交易价格高于公允价值0.5%，纳斯达克100期货上涨63点，交易价格高于公允价值0.4%，道琼斯工业平均指数期货上涨124点，交易价格高于公允价值0.6%。

我们并没有发现有特别的新闻可以解释市场的看涨偏好。周五的看涨偏好加上节日季节的氛围是可能的原因，不过其他的解释也有很多，包括低名义利率（实际上的负利率）、对公司盈利状况的乐观情绪以及对业绩的追逐。

日本第三季度GDP数据初值不及市场预期，同比下降了3.0%，市场的预期仅为下降0.8%。日本经济大臣认为这一不及预期的数据是日本需要更多经济支持政策的证据。

11月纽约联储制造业指数好于市场预期也是助力因素。纽约联储制造业指数从10月份的19.8升至30.9（Briefing.com预期为19.8）。这一指数高于0.0意味着制造业处于扩张之中。11月数据较10月份数据的增长则意味着纽约联储地区的制造业活动环比增加。

11月纽约联储制造业指数在早晨发布，拜登总统将于美国东部时间下午3：00在1万亿美元的两党基础设施法案上签字使其成为法律。不过，对总额1.75万亿美元的重建美好计划的投票仍悬而未决。

有报道称，对该计划的众议院投票可能在本周的某一天举行，不过参议院可能需要更多周的时间以解决在该计划上的分析。

此外，美国国会还需要在12月3日之前解决美国政府资金来源和债务上限的问题，这可能与参议院协商“重建美好计划”的时间重合。

今天并没有很多的公司新闻产生推动作用。有一些公司并购交易的报道。

American Tower公司(代码：AMT)将以每股170美元的现金价格，包括债务在内约10亿美元的总价格收购CoreSite Realty公司 (代码：COR)，KKR集团和私募股权基金Global Infrastructure Partners将以每股90.50美元的全现金价格收购CyrusOne公司(代码：CONE)，交易总价值达150亿美元。
