WTI原油期货（CL）昨日小幅上涨，截至美国东部时间今日上午10:30分公布的备受期待的每周库存数据前，WTI原油期货已经连续盘整了三周左右的时间。

WTI原油期货的技术形态上体现出复杂的状态，从走熊的一面来说，WTI原油期货已经接近完成周线图上升楔形的末端，从走牛的一面来说，WTI原油期货反弹向4小时图上的上升三角阻力线。

值得注意的走牛指标还包括，WTI原油期货继上周走出周线图十字星形态后，在周线图上继续上涨，并尝试从2018年10月至12月下滑的38.2%斐波那契回撤点位处反弹向50%斐波那契回撤点位。

美国核心耐用品数据和PPI数据于美国东部时间8:30公布，投资者们继续关注英国议会对脱欧议案的投票以及中美持续进行中的贸易谈判的任何进展，波动率可能会飙升。

在今日纷繁的新闻与数据公布之前，周线图和日线图上的相对强弱指数、随机指标和MACD均位于底部，正反弹或巩固盘整，但也可能是误导信号，因为4小时图上的随机指标和MACD已表现出疲弱。

我计划在日线图上的绿色区域处做多，目标调整为下周初的红色区域。

如果我是一个波动交易者，琥珀色/黄色区域是我设置止损点的位置（虽然在个人账户中我很少持有隔夜头寸，我将止损点设置得更窄）。
